Biography —
Professor Katsunobu Kihara has M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Doshisha University in Kyoto. He is a Professor of Social Welfare, President of the Japanese Society for Social Welfare, and the President of the Japanese Society for Christian Social Welfare. He was previously on the faculty of Tokyo Metropolitan University and Hiroshima Prefectural Women’s University.
